Meet Tulsi: Our Gentle Giant with a Heart of Gold

Tulsi came to Animal Haven after her caregiver could no longer provide for her. When we met her, she was underweight, standing in knee-deep mud, and in urgent need of care. With patience and teamwork, we brought her home to a warm stall, fresh food, and a family ready to love her. Once Tulsi realized this was her new home, she leaped around her clean, mud-free pasture with pure joy.

Today Tulsi is thriving… her coat shines, she grazes freely, and she has become one of the sanctuary’s most cherished residents. Her gentle nature has even won over our sheep and goats, who now happily share her pasture. Her care, like the care of all of our animal residents, will always come first, and your support helps keep her safe, healthy, and happy.
